I'm glad you're here.
I started making things on the internet back in 2021, and somewhere along the way it turned into an actual community of people I genuinely like.
I love to create.
Recording from my car, on a lunch break, wherever real life is happening that day. I don't wait for the lighting to be perfect. It rarely is.
First and foremost, I'm a mom. My kids are the reason I started figuring out who I actually am, and I've been figuring it out out loud ever since.
I left a life I was raised inside, started over more than once, and I tell the truth about what that actually looks like. The parts that are funny. The parts that are heavy. The parts nobody warns you about.
Honestly, I've done a lot of my healing right here, out in the open, on the internet. What a strange and unexpected blessing that turned out to be.
If you were ever told you were too much — too loud, too emotional, too ambitious, too honest — you're going to feel at home here. That's also the name of my newsletter, She's Way Too Much, which I write over on Substack and LinkedIn if you want more of me between episodes.
I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to tell the truth about my own life and let you see yourself in it. Come as you are.
Welcome to this space on the internet.
Most of what I make, I put out for free, because I remember needing this kind of thing and not having it. If any of it has meant something to you and you'd like to help me keep going, you can buy me a drink! Grateful either way.
